If your child is interacting well socially then you may wish to trial sending your child to school a few days a week prior to him/her officially starting Kindergarten. At Yanginanook School we are happy to accommodate students who have already turned five before term 3 starts, to prepare them for Kindergarten for the following year.

What is your phone policy?

Students are strongly encouraged to leave their phones either at home (if they are not needed, and especially if they are not catching public transport – staff can always call parents if required) or in their bags, and phones are not to be used in the classrooms. At break times students are encouraged to interact with each other face to face, rather than be on their phones.
